Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (WRB40105)

Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (WRB40105) is a comprehensive course in beauty therapy. This course provides students with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform beauty treatments with confidence and professionalism. Extensive training is also given in the areas of anatomy and physiology, microbiology and skin function. Students may choose to complete this course full time, part time or by correspondence.

Tuition Days
Full Time: Three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) + 1 Sat per month
Part Time: Two nights a week and Saturdays
Correspondence: 4 Workshops

Full Time: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
Part Time: 6-9pm 2 nights and 9.00am - 4.30 pm Saturday
Correspondence: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on Workshop days

Course Requirements Full Time & Part Time

  • 36 hours of work experience in a beauty salon of your choice.
  • 36 hours of product knowledge training in various cosmetic companies.
  • Senior First Aid Certificate
  • 1 Assignment
  • Successfully pass all exams which may include; written, practical and oral tests held at the College Achieve 65% and above in all course assessment, practical sessions and exams 
  • Students are expected to attend at least 80% of the total class hours in order to successfully qualify for final assessments.
